• Chairs set the number of “pledged” hours for their committee or event.
• Volunteers receive “pledged” hours when they sign-up.
• Chairs can adjust an individual volunteer’s hours.
• Volunteers receive “worked” hours (Pledged + Adjusted) after the event.
• The Admin can combine volunteer hours into family totals.

Send Reminders

• Chairs set the committee and/or event date.
• Volunteers can sync their events with Outlook/iCal calendars.
• Automatically send reminders to the event’s volunteers.

certify volunteers
Volunteer Certification

• Admins set a volunteer’s status as “pending,” “OK,” or “Not OK.”
• A Committee/event can “require” or “not require” certified volunteers.
• If “not require,” any volunteer can sign-up for the committee/event.
• If “require”, only “OK” volunteers can sign-up.

single sign on
Single Sign-On

• Schools using WhippleHill or Final Site can offer Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Volunteers only need to logon at the school portal.
